Regulations of the “LOT Book&Collect 1st Anniversary FAM trip to Warsaw” Incentive Campaign
A. General Provisions
1. The organizer of the incentive campaign titled “LOT Book&Collect 1st Anniversary FAM trip to Warsaw” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) shall be Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000056844, holding Tax Identification Number NIP 522-000-23-34 and share capital of PLN 203 214 923.28 (paid up in full), hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. Participation in the Campaign is limited exclusively to cashiers of travel agencies acting as sales agents of PLL LOT S.A., who are participants in the “LOT Book&Collect Baltics” Loyalty Program and meet the requirements specified in these Regulations.
3. The Campaign shall start on 12 August 2026 and shall end on 15 September 2026.
B. The Rules for the Campaign
1. To participate in the Campaign, it is necessary to complete an application form (available under the “Actual Promotions - Sign Up!” tab) and accept these Regulations at https://lotbookandcollect.com/bc/en.
2. The Campaign shall consist of creating rankings of Participants based on the total FARE value of airline tickets sold on the routes VNO – WAW-VNO, RIX -WAW-RIX or TLL – WAW-TILL in the period from 12 August 2026 to 15 September 2026.
3. The Campaign shall apply exclusively to airline tickets on the above routes that were sold by the Participant between 12 August 2026 and 15 September 2026 and sold in any booking class.
4. After 15 September 2026, LOT will present the Campaign results on https://lotbookandcollect.com/ba/ in the form of three rankings, one for each market: Lithuanian, Estonian and Latvian.
5. Only sales transactions made independently by the Participant shall be taken into account. The Participant must not accumulate sales transactions made by other cashiers.
C. Selection of the Winner
1. The Winners of the Campaign shall be the three highest-ranked Participants from each market, based on the total FARE value of airline tickets sold from 12 August 2026 to 15 September 2026 on the eligible routes. A total of nine Winners shall be selected in the Campaign.
2. The results of the Campaign shall be announced no later than the third week of September 2026 at https://lotbookandcollect.com/ba/en and communicated to the Winners by telephone or e-mail.
D. Awards
1. The Award of the Campaignis an invitation to the 2-day LOT Book&Collect 1st Anniversary FAM trip, which will take place from October 5 to October 6, 2026, including costs of flights, hotel stays, meals and additional attractions and activities. The full FAM trip agenda will be presented to the Winners at least one week before the event takes place.
2. To collect the Award, the Winner shall contact the Organizer via e-mail by responding to the Organizer’s e-mail informing them about winning the Campaign.
3. The condition for collecting the Award is to submit a declaration that the beneficiary has had no relationship with the Organizer under any employment agreement or any other civil law agreement.
4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any inability to provide the Awards for reasons attributable to the Winner.
5. The Winner shall not exchange the Award for cash or any other prize.
6. The Winner shall not transfer the Award to any third party.
E. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the Campaign or the Award shall be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the specified address within 7 days of the Campaign settlement date or via e-mail to contact@lotbookandcollect.com.
2. The complaint should include a detailed description and reason for the complaint, including the date and time of the circumstances complained of, the Participant’s e-mail address and contact telephone number, and a brief description of the concerns.
3. Complaints shall be processed within 7 days of receipt.
4. The Participant submitting the complaint shall be informed of the outcome by e-mail.
5. The Organizer’s decision within the complaint procedure shall be final, without prejudice to rights under applicable law.
F. Personal Data Processing
1.The Organiser shall be the Controller of the Contest Participants’ personal data. The following e-mail address shall be available for contacting with the Organiser with regard to the processing of the Contest Participants’ personal data: contact@lotbookandcollect.com
2.The Organiser shall process the Contest Participants’ personal data for the purposes of:TheOrganiser has appointed the Personal Data Inspector as the person with whom the Participants may contact via the following e-mail address: iod@lot.pl for matters pertaining to their personal data processing.
1.contest execution - under the justified interest of the Organiser that consists in making the Contest and selecting its Winners,
2.award settlement - if the Award giving procedure is attached to the establishment of the tax obligation, then the Organiser shall process the Participants’ personal data to satisfy the obligations vested onto them under the relevant laws.
3.The personal data of the Participants may be forwarded to the entities providing selected services for the benefit of the Organiser (e.g. marketing, IT, accounting services) - such parties shall process the personal data under the agreement made with the Organiser and solely in accordance with their instructions.
4.The data of the Participants shall be saved for the purpose of the Contest execution - during the Contest and until the Contest-based claims have expired.
Should - with reference to the Award release - the Participant’s personal data be inserted in the tax-related documents, then the Organiser shall keep them by the time of the expiry of the obligation arising from tax laws.
1.The Contest Participant shall have the following rights with regard to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser, that is:The rights referred to in item 8 may be executed by way of contacting the Organiser via any available means of communication.
1.the right to appeal against the processing of personal databased on legitimate interest of the Organiser, due to reasons related to one’s specific situation,
2.the right to access their personal data - that is, obtaining the information about the Participant’s personal data processed by the Organiser as well as the demand that the Organiser provides their copy
3.the right to request rectification of your personal data - by indicating incorrect personal data which concern the Participant and to request their correction or update,
4.the right to request deletion of your personal data; The Organiser shall have the right to refuse to delete data in cases specified by law;
5.the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data by indicating which data ought to be limited in terms of processing,
6.the right to data portability, that is, receiving from the Organiser the personal data concerning the Participant in a structured, commonly applied, machine readable format and the provision of the data to the Participant or to any other data controller (where technically feasible);
7.the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in a member state of their habitual residence, workplace or place of alleged infringement when claimed that processing of their personal data infringed the provisions of the GDPR.
8. Provision of the data by the Participant shall be voluntary. Failure to provide the personal data shall result in no participation in the Contest.
G. Final Provisions
1. These Regulations shall be available at the Organizer’s office and at https://lotbookandcollect.com/bc/en.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the LOT Book&Collect Program terms available at https://lotbookandcollect.com/bc/en shall apply.
3. Details regarding taxation of Awards are available at https://lotbookandcollect.com/bc/en/tax_regulations.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude Participants who violate these Regulations or provide false information.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations, provided that acquired rights are not infringed.
6. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
