Adding the LOT Book&Collect account number using the command page.

1. Before starting the flight search, on the search page click the hyperlink “Show in command page.”

2. On the command page, add an element with the passenger’s name, and then enter the SSR CLID using the following command: SR*CLIDLOHK/-QBAXXXXXXX

where QBAXXXXXXX is your LOT Book&Collect account number.

3. In the case of CIP agreements, follow the instructions provided for CIP contracts and add your account number after the slash (/).

1. Go to Create order section.

2. In the Program Code field, enter: CLID.

3. In the Account Number field, enter your LOT Book&Collect account number: QBAXXXXXXX.

Adding account numbers in the CLID field

1. When searching for flights, enter your LOT Book&Collect in the CLID field

2. After entering the account numbers, continue creating the reservation as usual.

3. In the case of CIP agreements, follow the instructions provided for CIP contracts and add your account number after the slash (/).
