1. Voucher is available only for members of LOT Book&Collect Baltics loyalty program.

2. Voucher can be used only once and has got 2-month validity period.

3. It is not possible to cancel or return the Voucher.

4. Voucher cannot be used after its expiry date and cannot be combined with other vouchers.

5. Voucher can be used only once. Only one voucher may be used per one Order.

6. The offer applies to items from 2 categories:

           - Office delivery - in the LOT Office in Vilnius, Riga, and Tallin.

           - Onboard delivery - on the flights to/from Warsaw Chopin Aiport, including transfer flights in Warsaw.

7. Delivery costs to LOT Offices in Vilnius, Riga, and Tallin are free. All orders are shipped not later than 15 business days after placing an order. You will be informed about exact pick-up date by the given LOT Office representatives.

8. Ordered Products may be collected onboard by a third party who is not a member of the program, provided that the program participant provides the first and last name of this person in the order form at SHOP&MORE website.

9. All orders using a voucher must be placed no later than 72hrs before scheduled flight.

10. If you purchase products for an amount lower than the coupon value, the unused coupon amount is forfeited.

11. In matters regarding purchase the Goods using a voucher and complaints regarding the purchased Goods, Regulations of the SHOP&MORE Online Store, chapter VII, apply.
