1. The “Destination eco” voucher is an electronic voucher with a value of 5 USD, 10 USD and 15 USD, which will be credited to environmental initiatives carried out by LOT Polish Airlines.

2. The “Destination eco” voucher can be ordered an unlimited number of time.

3. The “Destination eco” voucher can be ordered by completing the award form on the LOT Book&Collect website.

4. Upon placing the first order for a “Destination eco”  voucher, the participant will receive an email confirming that the selected value of the voucher has been credited to the account of environmental initiatives implemented by LOT Polish Airlines.

5. Upon placing an order, the “Destination eco” voucher will be sent to the participant's email address in the LOT Book&Collect Program.

7. The “Destination eco” voucher may not be returned or exchanged for a monetary equivalent in PLN.
