How to get a Voucher? 

1. Log in to your LOT Book&Collect account

2. Go to the "Redeem points" tab

3. Select the "Hotel or car rental awards" category

4. Select the value of the voucher and place an order for your reward.

5. You will receive a digital voucher via the email address specified in your LOT Book&Collect profile.

6. To use the voucher for a hotel stay or car rental, please send an email to the following address: gdansk.office@lottravel.com.
