1. The reward - "My Menu Premium" entitles the Participant to the exchange of Program points for the purchase of a Premium class meal service for LOT Economy Class passengers on selected LOT Polish Airlines flights.

2. The reward - "My Menu Premium" may be ordered a minimum of 24 hours prior to the planned date of travel, only during the operating hours of the Customer service for LOT Book&Collect.

3. The reward can be ordered only to a flight award within LOT Book&Collect program issued on operational LOT Polish Airlines flights. 

4. The reward is only available on long-haul flights.

5. The "My Menu Premium" reward depends on the availability of the service on a given flight.

6. The reward is non-refundable except in the case of cancellation of the flight by the carrier. In such a situation, the points used for the reward will be returned to the Participant's account.
