1. Voucher is available only for members of LOT Book&Collect loyalty program.
2. Voucher can be used only once and has got 2-month validity period.
3. It is not possible to cancel or return the Voucher.
4. Voucher cannot be used after its expiry date and cannot be combined with other vouchers.
5. Voucher can be used only once. Only one voucher may be used per one Order.
6. Voucher can be used when paying for the Goods in the “On-Board Delivery" category ordered at the SHOP&MORE Online Store and applies only to the flights from Poland to U.S. and Canada.
7. Ordered Products may be collected onboard by a third party who is not a member of the program, provided that the program participant provides the first and last name of this person in the order form at SHOP&MORE website.
8. All orders using a voucher must be placed no later than 72hrs before scheduled flight.
9. In matters regarding purchase the Goods using a voucher and complaints regarding the purchased Goods, Regulations of the SHOP&MORE Online Store, chapter VII, apply.
